Our recipe has been refined over a two year period prior to opening of this outlet. Many changes had to be considered, whether due to availability of the right ingredients or the use of commercial cooking processes.
The concept of cooking in cocoa goes back to the Aztec and Mayan civilisations and is known in Mexican cooking as mole’. However, ChocolateChicken is prepared with different techniques and special ingredients that result in our unique flavours. Our multistage cooking process seals in the flavour to ensure we give you a succulent meal. We guarantee the tender flesh and the crispy skin.
The dip that we provide has been separately prepared to further enhance the flavour. The antioxidants in the cocoa impart a smooth taste.
