We have developed our Chocolate Chicken product and other dishes following extensive cooking trials over several years.

Chocolate, one of the most popular food types and flavours in the world, is believed to have originated in Mesoamerica where the cacao tree was cultivated and dates back to 1100 BC. Cocoa mass has played a special role in both Aztec and Maya royal and religious events and cocoa beans were even used as tax revenue.

Mexican cooking utilises cocoa but to our knowledge, this is the first time that asian cooking techniques have been used with this important cooking ingredient, together with others that offer many health benefits;

• We do not use any oils or fats in the process and the cocoa used has 3 times the anti-oxidants of an equivalent glass of red wine.
• We use turmeric in our chicken curry puffs (this product is well known for its medicinal qualities).

Crisping the skin in the grill seals in the exotic flavour of cocoa with a hint of asian spices, ensuring that flesh remains succulent. Special sauce is provided as a side compliment to be applied or dipped.
